On September 29, 2018 I will be facilitating The Trust Bubble, a leadership development session hosted by MinistryLift, an organization that provides customized leadership training through the Mennonite Brethren Seminary at Trinity Western University.

Most leaders are aware that building and enhancing trust might be the greatest asset to the success of their leadership. But how do they nurture and strengthen the trust they have established to multiply  leadership? What do leaders do? And how do they influence their followers?

Leaders have a tendency to demonstrate a variety of leadership attributes to lead. Effective leaders utilize these attributes and model these attributes to gain buy-in and commitment from their followers.
Followers are unique though. It is a challenge for leaders to gain the commitment of their followers and to be seen as a leader who is trustworthy. It takes a skilled leader to navigate and win the trust of their followers.

As part of The Trust Bubble session I would like to present some information and current data. I want to find out what leadership attributes followers value the most in leaders that they trust.

So I need your help.

I would appreciate it greatly if you could please complete the following survey. The results of the survey will be shared once all of the responses are collated and analyzed. It will only take you a couple  couple of minutes to complete.

Please feel free to share the survey with friends, family, co-workers or whoever you think may be interested.

Thanks in advance!
